International Women’s Day Celebrated

International Women’s Day is a time to reflect on the progress made, to call for change and to celebrate acts of courage and determination by ordinary women, who have played an extraordinary role in our Association and community.

The theme for 2020 was #EqualforEqual, which reminds everyone that it’s on each of us to help create a gender equal world.

International Women’s Day was celebrated on Sunday, 8 March this year and it is fantastic to see the women and men of MTA NSW that work together to make this Association what it is today. MTA NSW marked the occasion with a small morning tea on-site.
