Business and Workshop Essentials Promotion

1. The Promoter is Motor Traders’ Association of NSW, 214 Parramatta Road, Burwood, 2134 Phone: (02) 9016 9000 ABN 63 000 008 088.
2. To be eligible for this promotion you must be over 18 years of age and have paid your 2021 Annual Membership Subscription by 5.00pm AEDT, 31st December 2020.
3. Each paid 2021 Annual Membership Subscription will be allocated one (1) entry into the prize draw.
4. Employees of MTA NSW and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the promotion.
5. The promotion commences 19th October 2020 AEDT. Entries Close on 31st December 2020.
6. This is a game of chance. Seven (7) business names will be randomly selected at 12 noon AEDT on the 22nd January 2021 at the MTA NSW office located at 214 Parramatta Road, Burwood 2134. The Promoter’s decision is final.
7. The winners agree, at the Promoter’s request, to participate in any promotional activity regarding their win and consent to their name, image and logo being used in promotional material. Each winner will receive only (1) prize. Prizes will be allocated in the following order:     
   
   The first entry drawn will win a Business Essentials Pack (valued at $AU3500) including:
   - 1 x HP Envy 15” Laptop
   - 1 x HP 27” Monitor
   - 1 x Samsung Galaxy A51 Mobile Phone
   
   2) The second entry drawn will win a Workshop Essentials Pack (valued at $AU2500) including:

   - 1 x JBL Part Box 100 Portable Part Speaker
   - 1 x Nespresso Lattissima Pro Coffee Machine
   
   3) The third entry drawn will win a VISA gift card to the value of $AU2000
   4) The fourth entry drawn will win a VISA gift card to the value of $AU500
   5) The fifth entry drawn will win a VISA gift card to the value of $AU500
   6) The sixth entry drawn will win a VISA gift card to the value of $AU500
   7) The seventh entry drawn will win a VISA gift card to the value of $AU500

8. Prizes advertised in this promotion may change due to availability. In these circumstances the Promoter will provide an alternate prize of a similar product of the same value. 
9. The winners will be notified by email and telephone and will be published in the Members section
   on the MTA NSW website on 22 January 2021.
10. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation, indirect, consequential or indirect loss), cost or damage, personal injury or death which is suffered (whether or not due to the negligence of any person) in connection with entering this promotion or using the prize, except any liability which cannot be excluded by law (and if so, that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
11. The Promoter, save as required by law, makes no warranty as to the fitness for purpose or merchantability of any product in this promotion.
12. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash nor can they be exchanged. If a winner does not take part of the prize at the time set by the Promoter, the winner will forfeit that part. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for changes in prize value. 
13. The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or vary the competition if for any reason it is not capable of being conducted as promoted or planned.
14. Membership renewal payments can be made via the options on the membership subscription renewal notice as sent to each eligible member.
15.  Prize winners must claim their prize within 14 business days of being notified of the prize allocation or a redraw will occur.
16.  Any redraw will take place at 10am on Friday 12th February 2021 at the MTA NSW office located at 214 Parramatta Road, Burwood, NSW 2134.
